This Refund Policy explains how eSchool Ghana handles refund requests, billing questions, and cancellations for schools using the eSchool Ghana platform.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for eSchool Ghana.
By subscribing to eSchool Ghana, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscription payments
eSchool Ghana operates on a subscription-based model. Schools may subscribe to available plans on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing cycle.
Subscription fees are paid in advance and provide access to the Service during the applicable billing period.
Refund eligibility
Because eSchool Ghana provides digital software access immediately after subscription activation, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has started.
However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including billing errors or duplicate payments.
- Duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors.
- Incorrect charges resulting from system errors.
- Other circumstances approved by eSchool Ghana.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation.
Schools may cancel future renewals to prevent charges for the next billing period.
Quarterly and yearly subscriptions
Quarterly and yearly subscriptions are paid upfront for the selected period.
Refunds for unused portions of quarterly or yearly subscriptions are not normally provided unless required by law or approved by eSchool Ghana.
Cancellation
Schools may cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting eSchool Ghana support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Service suspension
Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access or suspension of the School account.
Suspension due to unpaid fees does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
Promotional offers
From time to time, eSchool Ghana may provide promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers.
Promotional offers may have separate terms and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
Payment disputes
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact eSchool Ghana before initiating a payment dispute with your payment provider.
We will investigate billing concerns and attempt to resolve them promptly.
Data after cancellation
After cancellation or termination, the School may retain access to its account for a limited period to export available data, subject to applicable policies.
After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Changes become effective once published on this page.
